The firm was founded by partners Stephen E. Risner and Timothy C. Bibler, both seasoned managers with a wealth of experience under their belts. Both founders retired in 2018.
Today, ATCS operates under the ownership of three long-term employees: Justin Deters, Andrew Huelskamp, and Emily Dolson. Jeremy Sullenberger has also joined the leadership team as an integral partner in the business operations. These four individuals have over 70 years of combined experience with ATCS. Their vast knowledge in the construction industry has proven invaluable to the firm’s growth and success. Their expertise is focused on construction management and general contracting in large-scale industrial, commercial, and institutional projects as well as the retail sector, specializing in constructing convenience stores, self-serve gasoline outlets, truck stops/travel centers, and restaurant facilities.
Beginning in 2018, the new owners have continued to lead ATCS in the same manner as the founders – with a clear vision to provide complete turn-key construction services within a specific market area, spanning a 200-mile radius from their corporate headquarters. Their focus is to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, a business plan established in 1995. ATCS has a track record that showcases its ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver results that exceed expectations.
